By purchasing or using Stewards Pro Office software, you agree to these terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Stewards Pro Office software on up to two (2) personal devices. This license does not expire and does not require a subscription.

2. One-Time Purchase

All Stewards Pro Office products are sold as one-time purchases. There are no recurring charges, hidden fees, or automatic renewals. You pay once and own your license forever.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@mystewardpro.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are final.

4. Updates

All minor updates (bug fixes, security patches, small improvements) are free forever. Major version upgrades (e.g., v1 to v2) may require a small upgrade fee of $4.99 (consumer) or $9.99 (business). You are never required to upgrade — your current version will continue to work indefinitely.

5. Intellectual Property

Stewards Pro Office, its logos, design, and source code are the intellectual property of Stewards Pro Office. Your license grants you the right to use the software, not to modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell it.

6. Your Content

All files and documents you create with Stewards Pro Office belong entirely to you. We claim no rights, ownership, or license over your content. Your files are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use Stewards Sync.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stewards Pro Office is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

8. Termination

Your license remains valid indefinitely as long as you comply with these terms. We reserve the right to revoke a license in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
